Eating Healthy


There are a number of books on nutrition in the FollettShelf Collection. Check with the librarian if you don't remember the login.

GVRL (Gale Virtual Reference Library)

You can look through the table of contents or search specific books in GVRL or you can type in your search term at the top of the page and GVRL will pull up related articles from a number of books in the collection.  Check with the librarian if you have forgotten the login.


Destiny OPAC

Search OPAC for print titles in the library or for ebooks.  If you login to Destiny with your computer login you will be able to locate books titles and also related webpages.  Most nutrition and diet titles will be located in 612.3 and 613.2, and cookbooks are in 641.5 sections.

    Pizzas, quesadillas, sandwiches, salads, snack mixes and treats, from University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension 4-H. Good and basic recipes!
